The Beatles' Story: TBO 2222 & STBO 2222

Capitols' "The Beatles' Story" was first released in mono only  (TBO 2222) in November 1964.  Between 1964 and 1980 this L.P. was issued in Canada in both mono and stereo on eleven different Capitol labels or label variations.

The most collectible issues/variations are:
  1. The first 1964 mono pressings on the rainbow label released in an imported U.S. cover.
  2. The 1966 mono pressing on the rainbow label with a Canadian cover.
  3. The 1971 stereo issue on the red target label.
  4. The mid 1966 issue on the rainbow label with a stereo banner on the front and a Parr's logo on the cover
Of the above the rarest is the 1966 issue with the stereo banner and Parr's logo.
Rare 1966 release with stereo banner and Parr's front slick

The first three above with both cover and vinyl in NM condition, sell in the $60 to $100 range.  The 1966 stereo issue on the rainbow label with the Parr's front slick rarely comes up for sale.  My estimate is that a NM copy would sell for above $120.
