The Beatles played concerts in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal. The band performed in Vancouver in August, 1964, and in Montreal and Toronto in early September of the same year. In each of 1965 and 1966 the Beatles played an afternoon and evening concert in Toronto. Twenty thousand fans attended the Vancouver concert making it the biggest concert of the 1964 tour.

Tickets from the all the concerts are popular collectibles. Generally, tickets come as: 1) "Stubs" which are about a half of the original ticket. 2) "3/4" almost complete with most of the original ticket.

Vancouver tickets came in white, light yellow, light green, blue and pink and were were priced at $5.25, $4.25 and $3.25 resulting in six variations. Considering colour and ticket price Toronto's afternoon and evening shows yield 26 possible ticket variations. Similarly, Montreal with two shows has 14 possible ticket variations. Collecting all variations is a mammoth task and most collectors are happy to have one nice example from each concert.
Ticket values vary greatly and tickets from the 1964 tour generally command a slightly higher value than 1965 and 1966 tickets. Wear, fading, glue or tape marks and the presence of the word "Beatles" on the ticket all effect value. A complete unused ticket is the rarest and most valuable, followed by a used, but mostly complete ticket, then a 3/4 ticket, then a "stub".
For an unused 1964 complete ticket from Vancouver, Toronto or Montreal expect to pay close to $900. For a 1965 or 1966 ticket expect to pay around $700.
For a 1964 almost complete or 3/4 ticket in excellent shape expect to pay $350 to $600. Ticket "Stubs" sell in the $150 to $275 range.

All Beatles Canadian concert tickets have been counterfeited. Most counterfeits sell for $5 to $10 and are identified as reproductions. However, occasionally counterfeits of high quality have been presented as genuine. Buyer beware!
