In early 1967 Capitol of Canada released the U.S. versions of Meet The Beatles and the Second Album in mono. Capitol of Canada was issuing mono L.P.'s for approximately only twelve more months. This brief pressing window along with these mono L.P's possibly only being available through Record Clubs created two very hard-to-find pressings.
The same first pressings in stereo with the Parrs' logo on the front slick are not as rare as the mono versions, but are still very hard-to-find.
