The Canadian Let It Be box set was issued in May, 1970. Canada was one of at least twelve countries that issued a box set. The majority of countries released the LP in a standard or gate-fold cover.
The Canadian set consisted of an outer sleeve, an inner sleeve, a tray that held the book, the book itself and an L.P. in its' own cover. The record was pressed by both Compo and RCA. The L.P. jacket, produced by two different companies, comes in two versions. One version has a printers logo with a white box around the photos on the back of the jacket, the second version has neither.
The Canadian box set was issued in a tight shrink. At a list price of $11.98 it was expensive relative to the price of a regular L.P., so shortly after after the initial release, or at the same time, the L.P. alone was sold in it's regular cover. The box set was deleted and by the end of the summer in 1971 and could be purchased for as low as $5.49 at discount record stores such as Sam's and A&A. The newspaper ad below also uses the U.S. spelling of "color".
There is some evidence that the regular LP with book were sold together in shrink wrap, perhaps applied at the store or distributor level. There is some anecdotal evidence that the book by itself was sold in record stores.
Some lightly later copies came with a sticker on the shrink wrap listing the tracks. The sticker is rare and adds several hundred dollars to an opened or unopened copy. Interestingly, the word "full-color" on the sticker has the U.S. spelling instead of the Canadian "full-colour" indicating the sticker was made in the U.S.

The "Let It Be" book is prone to pages falling out. A copy with loose pages has a value of $15 - $20, a better copy has a value of $30 - $75 and a NM copy $100+. As noted above Canadian counterfeit copies of the book do exist.
Also, in the 1990's an Italian bootleg label reproduced the book and included it in the bootleg box set "The Get Back Journals". Individual copies were also sold. The books are of lesser print quality than the original and are slightly smaller and thinner than the original.
The complete box set in VG+ condition regularly sells for around $250 - $250. An excellent copy with minimal wear has a value closer to $350 and a NM copy closer to $600. In 2014 an original sealed copy sold for $1200. I estimate for a sealed copy with the rare track listing sticker you could expect to pay $1500+
In VG+ condition the SOAL 6351 L.P. by itself sells for $20 - $30. A NM copy is closer to $60 - $85.
